This interactive session introduces a transition led approach to understanding how neurodivergent students experience, stress, and resilience in education abroad. Using a single evolving case study, participants explore how cumulative transitions, masking, and delayed distress can shape wellbeing and safety for neurodivergent students. The session offers practical tools for early, person centred proportionate support that strengthens inclusion and reduces risk before crisis occurs.
